Together We Will Make a Difference!
Funds raised at Zimday and Zimdance this year will be used to rebuild the lives of Patson Chipiro and his three children. Patson’s wife was tortured and murdered, and their home burnt to the ground because Patson is an active member of the opposition party, MDC. Patson’s wish list includes: To rebuild their home – they need 2500 bricks, 1 tonne river sand, 10 bags of cement, 4 doors and doorframes, 12 window panes, and the cost of a builder. His three children need trauma counselling, school uniforms and school fees. So far we have raised $2300 – lets close the wishlist at Zimdance and work to raise enough to meet the needs of other families like his who need our help.
