Ecoscience and Repression in America

Wendy Powell Lewis -

It is not an exaggeration to say that most politicians, and all the paid flunkies, dog paddle in a foul pool of half-truths, commissions, omissions, disinformation, and downright lies, and as it turns out Barack Hussein Obama–even though he walks lightly and looks so fresh and bright–is one and the same.

We know what he pledged to do before the election: close the prison in Guantanamo Bay, bring the troops home from Iraq within sixteen months, stop torture, stop rendition, restore Habeas Corpus, change the culture of corruption in Washington, encourage transparency, put legislation on the Internet for all to read before the vote, devise a Health Care System that would serve the people not the pharmaceuticals and not the insurance companies, sit down with perceived enemies without pre-conditions, and much more.

But, after the election, he did none of those things.  Instead, Barack Obama, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, advanced the agenda of the New World Order (control of population, resources, and environment, establishment of world government, world bank, and world currency), that favors the few, and bankrupts the rest. Obama took up where Bush left off adding his own enforcers–improbable characters, wholly detached from the public, and the public good.

The American economy is on the brink of collapse, according to Paul Craig Roberts, and many others. Trillions of dollars in bailouts, two wars, and the actions of the Federal Reserve are pushing the USA towards economic implosion; like the collapse of the twin towers, it will be an inside job.

Illegal aliens have been allowed to destabilize the workplace, and destabilize regions of the country. Peaceful protesters are treated like criminals. Militarization of the police is on going. A network of Fema camps is in place along with a proliferation of grey plastic coffins stacked up against the prison wire.

One of the “improbables,” John Holdren, the science czar, lays out his priorities in his book entitled Ecoscience—one intention is to put sterilants in the water supply. Cass Sunstein, another “improbable,” wants to curb free speech, and censure the Internet. Kagan, well Kagan, seems to have stopped by on her way from the Gulag.

Obama leads a repressive regime, and is disconnected from the groundswell of people that elected him. Many thinking Americans are stunned by the turn of events.  One wonders how much power Obama actually exerts—some, little, or none at all.  And was he trivializing his own presidency by giggling it up with the girls on the talk show The View?

In the meantime, while Obama is playing frivolous pursuit, American-Israeli journalist, Joseph Goldberg (The Atlantic) is ramping up the pressure for war with Iran. Fortunately, the judgment of the National Intelligence Estimate, 2007, the work of all 16 US intelligence agencies, still stands, and was made public. It stated: “We judge with high confidence that in fall 2003, Tehran halted its nuclear weapons program …” This judgment, carefully reached, has not been superseded. Three years later, intelligence gathering continuing, the statement still holds. It is not what the warmongers want. For them, two wars are not enough. They want a third, and are foaming at the mouth trying to formulate a justification.
